Concluding the agreement
The Electric Bicycle Rental Agreement (Spinly Electric Bicycle Rental Terms) sets out the terms and rules for renting and safely using a Spinly electric bicycle.
The Agreement is concluded exclusively in Polish, in the Spinly app, at the moment the Lessee accepts it. The Lessee signs the Agreement in the app by signing on the device screen. The Lessee receives a confirmation of the Agreement together with its content as a PDF at their e-mail address.
The Lessor is Yaroslav Bulba, conducting business as a sole proprietor under his own name (Spinly), Tax ID (NIP): 8943276263, REGON: 543567309, correspondence address: ul. Długa 16B/73, 53-658 Wrocław, e-mail: info@spinly.rent.
Annexes to the agreement
The following annexes form an integral part of the Agreement:
- Annex No. 1 – Bicycle Handover Protocol, signed in the app when the bicycle is collected.
- Annex No. 2 – Price List of Additional Fees and Costs of the Most Common Repairs.
- Annex No. 3 – Information on the Right of Withdrawal with the model withdrawal form.
Bicycle return protocol
A separate document – the Bicycle Return Protocol – is drawn up when the bicycle is returned. During the return, the Lessor and the Lessee jointly inspect the bicycle and its accessories, and the Lessor records the result in the Return Protocol, where the Lessee may add their own remarks.
Both Parties sign the Return Protocol in the app; it is available to the Lessee in the app and sent to their e-mail address.

A blank copy of the Agreement (version 2) is available as a PDF, in Polish, so you can read it before concluding the Agreement. The binding content is the Agreement accepted and signed in the app.
