• 30 Ah — for shorter shifts when your daily distance fits within the approximate range of up to 80 km.
• 35 Ah — more charge for routes within an approximate range of up to 100 km.
• 41 Ah — the largest of these options, with an approximate range of up to 120 km.

Load, temperature, route and assistance affect range. Active options and prices are shown in the price list; we confirm your chosen battery's availability when you apply.

Service, equipment and support

Maintenance and technical support are included in the rental. Contact Spinly if you have a problem so we can agree the next steps. Confirm the equipment before handover, including the charger, bike lock and phone holder: the exact set is specified in your offer and agreement.

From request to your first delivery

1. Choose a rental period and battery, then send the website form or apply in the Spinly app.
2. We confirm the terms, availability and a handover location and time within Wrocław.
3. Check the bike and equipment. Complete the agreement and payments required for your rental, then you can start riding.

Longer rentals and extensions

The four-week plan lets you compare a longer rental with weekly charges. If you want to keep riding, contact Spinly before your paid period ends. We will confirm the next payment and extension terms.

Where is the bike handed over?

Bike handover by prior arrangement within Wrocław. We serve customers across Wrocław. Spinly does not operate a walk-in rental location.
